FY14 AAF rates

HUD posted the FY14 AAF increase factors to the HUD User web page.  The effective date of these new factors is 2/18/2014.  If submitting a rent increase with an effective date equal to or greater than 2/18/2014, the new factors must be used.  If you have just had an AAF rent adjustment approved AND the effective date of the increase is on or past 2/18/14 you have the option to use the new factors.  Contact your Contract Specialist for further details.
