On February 28, 2014, HUD posted draft revisions to the Section 8 Renewal Policy Guidebook.  After considering industry comments, HUD published a final version of the guidebook on August 7, 2015.

The changes outlined in this revision of the guidebook became effective on November 5, 2015.
