"The New York State ConnectALL Office (CAO), in partnership with HCR, recently launched the Affordable Housing Connectivity Program. This program will connect regulated affordable housing throughout New York State to high-speed fiber-based internet at no cost.

The first step to getting your property on the list of interested, eligible properties for this program is to complete a survey about current internet infrastructure and service at your property. The survey should take less than 20 minutes to complete and allows responses for multiple properties, if needed.
