We highly suggest you share the following information with your tenant population:

Household Assistance Program provides a $46/month discount to eligible customers for 18 months.

To apply for this program, customers can fill out the application online or send the application via email or USPS. They will need to include proof of enrollment in one of the following programs:

  1. Federal Housing/ Section 8
  2. HEAP
  3. Medicaid
  4. SNAP
  5. Public Assistance
  6. Federal Life Line
  7. Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  8. Child Health Plus
  9. Veteran’s Non-Service Connected Disability Pension
  10. Veteran’s Survivors Pension Benefit

 

Examples of documents to send for Federal Housing include: Section 8 lease, Housing Choice Voucher Agreement, letter from HUD/ section 8 office verifying enrollment in the program.
