All New York households below state median income – or area median income for customers served by Con Edison, National Grid NYC, or National Grid Long Island –  are eligible to receive monthly discounts through the Energy Affordability Program.

Half of all New York households are now eligible for relief through New York State's Energy Affordability Program.  The Energy Affordability Program provides eligible customers with utility bill discounts they can count on each month.  Millions of New Yorkers are newly eligible this year - don't leave money on the table!
